Return and Shipping Policy

 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, we want you to have the best possible experience with Restorative Care. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at customer@restorativecareco.org. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll be glad to provide either a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Shipping Policy

Processing & Fulfillment


All standard orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times are handled by the carrier. Restorative Care is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rate


A flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders as indicated on our website.

Additional Notes: 

  • Restorative Care is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters.

  • Once your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Restorative Care is not liable for lost or stolen items.
